Prashant has close to 20 years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting and Audit & Assurance services. Before co-founding Ethos Capital he was with Kotak Investment Banking. He has also worked with organizations like KPMG and Avalon Management Consulting in the past. He has extensive experience in M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Structured Finance /Special Situation Financing, Restructuring and Stressed/Distressed transactions.

Prashant has worked extensively across diverse sectors like Consumers, Industrials, Metals and Mining, Education etc. Among other sectors, Prashant has worked extensively across the entire value chain in the Metals & Mining sector. He has deep domestic and cross border corporate and investor relationships in the Metals and Mining sector.

Prashant also has strong relationships with almost all the active financial investors in the Private Equity,Structured Finance and Distressed Financing space.

Prashant is a Management Graduate from IMT Ghaziabad (Gold Medalist) and a Chartered Accountant. He is an avid reader, loves travelling and watching movies.
