Amit has ~20 years of experience in Investment Banking. Before founding Ethos Capital, Amit was a Senior Banker at Kotak Investment Bank. Prior to Kotak, Amit has also worked with organizations like PwC and Brescon Corporate Advisors.

He has led various Investment Banking transactions including M&A (domestic & cross border), Private Equity, Equity Capital Markets and Special Situation Financing.

Amit is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate in Commerce. Amit is a keen sports enthusiast and has represented his state and past organizationsin various Cricket and Squash tournaments.
