Priyanka has ~5 years of experience in Investment Banking. She possesses extensive knowhow of executing and assisting on M&A, Private Equity and Special situation mandates in the Mid-market space. She works closely with the Promoters and the Management team in managing the entire deal life-cycle from Origination to Closure.

Priyanka is an MBA (Finance) and had emerged as the Chhattisgarh State topper in CBSE Class 12th Examination in the year 2009. She loves travelling and uses cooking as one of her stress-busters.
